Walls to Workstations Fit-Out team were employed as a Sub-Contractor for PepsiCo’s new HQ in No 1 GQ.
Our scope of works was to supply and install Optima Revolution 54 “Shoreditch” double glazed partitions which incorporated 2 layers of 12.8mm acoustic laminated glass & Single glazed Edge Symmetry doors. With this system selection the architect has created a sleek, minimalist New York loft-style aesthetic which helps create the atmosphere of the company’s New York office in the heart of Dublin. The design enables natural light to seamlessly flow through the office whilst providing excellent acoustic separation between the various zones.
The glazing was installed with 25mm head track and 25mm floor track & abutments. The vertical glass to glass joints are 4mm clear system dry joints. RAL colour is 9005.
