Declan joined W2W in 1998 as a Partition Fitter, being promoted to Site Supervisor, Site Manager and now Operations Manager. Declan works on projects comprising glazed partition installation works ranging in value from €50k up to €2m.

Prior to W2W, Declan worked in the contract furniture division of a leading Irish Construction company for seven years.
