The project, located at the Old Bar in the Main Campus, University College. involved the supply and installation of loose furniture for the Autism Friendly Space.
For that reason, Greyfox Design Float chairs, stools and tables were chosen. Greyfox Design is Irish Designed and Irish Made.
The objective with FLOAT is to improve informal interactions between people. With Float we have created an impossibly light, novel and fun solution which gives access to human movement and provides the DNA for a wide range of accompanying products creating the Float Collection
Greyfox Design, in conjunction with O'Brien Office Systems, supplied 10no floats, 6no upholstered stools and 7no Hexagonal modular 3-leg tables.
Camira Main Line Flax was fabric of choice with colours including light greys, pale blues and pinks, all fitting amicably with the relaxing colour scheme of the Autism Friendly Space.
