In 1994 Michael established Walls to Workstations Limited with Gerry Whelan. Michael as Managing Director provides the strategic focus for the business and is responsible for the executive management of the company. Prior to establishing W2W, Michael worked with a leading Irish Office Interior fit-out company for twelve years.
